What's in the oven?

Chocolate chip cookies, that's what! I'm baking some so that Anthony can take them to work with him tonight.

Irene is here, and so far so good. It should get really windy at around 3AM though... Stay safe, everyone!

My plans of cooking so far have pretty much failed. The supermarkets are a mess due to Hurricane Irene, so I couldn't find important ingredients for my dishes. Super sad face! I was going to make a peanut butter pie for Mikey tomorrow, but since our plans have changed, I won't be making one till maybe next weekend. Mikey, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I am thinking of you and will not rest till I make your pie!

Anyway, I have the grossest menu for this weekend. It includes lots of junk food. I figured I'll get it out of my system now that I'm going to start going to the gym again. I hope! Wish me luck...
